According to a 2020 Gallup poll, 60% of Americans report experiencing stress. Over the last several months, Home to Stay Senior Care Solutions has given thoughtful consideration as to how we can help mitigate the effects of stress for all those within our organization.  We firmly believe in a holistic team approach to care and that is why, in early 2021, we conducted weeks of focus group studies to better understand the needs of both client and caregiver.

Customer service is at the center of what we do. Simply put, customer service is the support we offer to both our clients and our caregivers. Our focus group studies have allowed us to sit back and listen. We are actively working to reorganize systems in an effort to exceed your expectations. 

Along with 24/7 on-call support, we have added a Family Room feature to create unlimited access to your loved one’s care. This program allows you to check the schedule, view notes, and add tasks. A care team consisting of a Licensed Social Worker (Dementia Coach), Registered Nurse, Certified Home Health Aide and both Chief Operating Officers/Owners are there for your needs. Together, with your input, we will create a meaningful day and a care plan specific to your loved one’s needs.

Along with our innovative AlzBetter training, AlzBetter now offers two additional certifications for our caregivers – the AlzBetter Certified Dementia Care Specialist and the essentiALZ Certification by the Alzheimer’s Association.
