General Information

We serve a wide range of areas in South Jersey, including but not limited to Burlington County, Camden County, Gloucester County and Salem County. We provide live-in care for the entire state of New Jersey. Contact us to find out if we cover your location.

Care Services

We offer a wide variety of services for seniors, including personal care, companionship, meal prep, transportation, medication management, housekeeping, and specialized care for conditions such as Alzheimer’s and dementia. Our services range from hourly care, round-the-clock care (24/7), or live-in services. Home to Stay also works with veterans and adults with developmental disabilities.

Absolutely. All our caregivers undergo thorough background checks, including criminal history and reference checks.

We conduct regular performance reviews, provide ongoing training, and gather feedback from clients to ensure high-quality care.

We have a team of qualified caregivers ready to step in, ensuring continuity of care without disruption.

Safety and Emergency Procedures

We conduct regular performance reviews, provide ongoing training, and gather feedback from clients to ensure high-quality care.

Our caregivers are trained to handle emergencies and are supported by our management team 24/7.

Billing and Insurance

We bill on a weekly basis and accept various payment methods, including ACH, debit and credit cards, long-term care insurance, and veterans benefits.

Home To Stay is an approved provider through the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and offers services funded by Medicaid for individuals enrolled in DDD programs. However, we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid for traditional Home Care services.

We accept long-term care insurance and veterans benefits. Coverage varies, so check with your insurance provider for details. We do not accept private health insurance.

Family Communication

We meet families’ needs where they are, which includes regular updates via phone, email, and the Family Room portal by WellSky. Your feedback and involvement are encouraged.
