Safety and Emergency Procedures

Billing and Insurance

We bill on a weekly basis and accept various payment methods, including ACH, debit and credit cards, long-term care insurance, and veterans benefits.

We accept Medicare for DDD (Developmental Disabilities) services only.

We accept long-term care insurance and veterans benefits. Coverage varies, so check with your insurance provider for details. We do not accept private health insurance.

Family Communication

We meet families’ needs where they are, which includes regular updates via phone, email, and the Family Room portal by WellSky. Your feedback and involvement are encouraged.
