Meet Theresa Santana

Director, Disabilities Division

Theresa Santana, MA, CESP is the Director of the Disabilities Division at Home to Stay. She began her career over 30 years ago in Applied Behavior Analysis. Theresa joined the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities in 2012, where she made significant contributions in Employment & Day services and was instrumental in helping the division transition to a fee-for-service model. She left the division in 2023 and led a national agency in developing supported employment programs in multiple states.

Theresa currently serves as co-chair of the Government Relations Board of NJ APSE. Her current role at Home to Stay allows her to continue her dedication to enhancing services for individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities.
