Andrew is a graduate of Rutgers University with a B.S. in marketing. He has spent 15 years in international business development with a focus on developing new channels in Asia and Europe.
In his spare time – Andrew enjoys reading – running – coaching lacrosse and spending time with his family (including his brother with fur – Scout). Andrew also enjoys being constantly amazed by the natural world around us and loves learning new things.
Gary is co-owner of Home to Stay and founder of AlzBetter with decades of experience improving care for patients with challenging healthcare needs at home. He is a published author and frequent speaker on Dementia, Transitional Care Management, and Remote Patient Monitoring.
Terry Skole is in charge of all billing, collections along with many of the managerial duties running the day-to-day operations. She has an extensive background in operations and finance, and has been in home care since 1993. In her free time, Terry enjoys hiking, reading, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Nicholas Richmond, a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer (CADDCT), Certified Dementia Care Manager (CDCM), and Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional (CMDCP), brings over a decade of specialized experience to support families navigating the complexities of dementia care.
With a distinguished background that includes roles such as Corporate Area Director of Memory Care for Benchmark Senior Living, Senior Life Enrichment Director for Artis Senior Living, and Memory Care Manager for Brookdale Senior Living, Nicholas has developed a deep understanding of how to create impactful care programs and support structures.

Angie has been a Certified Home Health Aide for Home to Stay for over five years, and has recently made the move to the office as a scheduler, and cites her passions for helping people as her main reason for working in home care. Prior to becoming a CHHA, Angie owned and operated her own hair salon. Outside of work, Angie enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and five grandchildren.
